Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, it will be shipped via Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided. For domestic orders including the United States of America, please allow 3-9 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. For international orders, please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. Only select international countries are eligible for our shipments.

Outside of Canada, there may be applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities. Heale is not responsible for these import fees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the applicable duties and/or taxes. Please contact your local post office or customs offices to inquire about these fees. Unfortunately, Heale has no control or association regarding custom charges. Customs and duties payments are legal requirements from your local government. Refusal to pay customs or duties will result in the disposal of the parcel. Heale is not responsible for refunds for refusal to pay customs fees.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted as our products are deemed as cosmetics. Unfortunately, once the product is opened, it is considered contaminated and cannot be resold due to hygiene purposes.
