Do I need to refrigerate my products?

None of our products require refrigeration. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct heat and light for maximum freshness.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our salves are 2 years after the manufacturing date. There is a 4-digit LOT# (MDYY) on the bottom of each jar. If there is BB on the jar, this represents the expiration date.

Are your products safe to use on children?

The ingredients in our products are generally recognized as safe for all ages. Please make sure you consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Also ensure that there are no plant allergies or hypersensitivities prior to use.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Even though the ingredients used are generally recognized as safe, please consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding to ensure safety.

Can I use your products with a topical medication?

We highly recommend not mixing any of our products with topical medications, as every individual may produce a unique response. To ensure no allergic reactions or hypersensitivities occur, please consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.

How long will it take to start seeing results?

Generally, we say that it takes a minimum of 1 week to start noticing results. However, this also depends on the individual’s response to our products and the severity of the skin condition.
